The J. Earle Bowden Building is the administrative offices for the UWF Historic Trust, named in honor of the late local preservation leader Jesse Earle Bowden. The first floor of the building includes two classrooms that are available for classes, meetings, lectures, and workshops.

Classroom 1: 

Classroom 1 is the larger classroom that can accommodate 50-60 guests with tables and chairs and 75 guests with just chairs. This classroom has a projector and screen with an HDMI connection, Wifi, a microphone, and overhead speakers. Computers are not provided. Renters may use these items, but technical and audio/visual support are not provided.

Classroom 2: 

Classroom 2 is the smaller classroom that can accommodate 15-20 guests with tables and chairs and 25 guests with just chairs. This classroom has a projector and screen with an HDMI connection, Wifi, a microphone, and overhead speakers. Computers are not provided. Renters may use these items, but technical and audio/visual support are not provided.

Catering and Vendors:

Food and drinks are permitted in the classrooms. There is not a catering or prep space in the building and cooking is not permitted inside the facility. The renter is responsible for removing all trash and cleaning any spills.

Equipment:

Booking includes the use of tables and chairs. Linens are not provided. The tables and chairs may not be removed from the building or used at another venue or exterior space.
