Registered Vendors

Our venues are among Pensacola’s most popular, and unique, special event venues. Last year over 300 special events were hosted at our properties, providing a unique experience for more than 34,000 guests.

Just as sharing our history includes making these spaces available to the public for special events, preserving our history includes protecting these valuable community assets.  Our organization, our special event clients and the vendors that they hire must share that responsibility and commitment.

All of our special event clients are required to work exclusively with vendors who are registered with us and have pledged to help protect and preserve our facilities. Vendor registration is valid from September 1to August 31 and must be renewed annually. Please see below for a list of registered vendors.
