Your unique event deserves a unique space. There is no place better to hold your next special event than the Pensacola Museum of Art, the hub of visual arts in our city. The PMA serves as the perfect spot to host art-centric weddings, special events, and corportate gatherings.

Capacity:

The Pensacola Museum of Art can accommodate up to 100 guests for special events. However, the capacity is subject to change depending on the current exhibit. 

Retinal Period:

The Pensacola Museum of Art can be rented for a five hour time block Monday through Thursday and for an eight hour time block Friday through Sunday. For weddings, 1 hour can be used for a rehearsal the day before or a few days before and the other four or seven hours for the ceremony. If available, additional time can be added to the rental for $100.00 per hour.

Equipment:

Booking includes the use of (6) five-foot round tables, (7) six-foot rectangular tables, (6) cocktail tables and approximately 45 chairs. Linens are not provided.

Catering:

Certain catering restrictions may apply on a case by case basis as determined by the safe display of artwork and/or as stipulated by the lending institution.

Restrictions:

Other restrictions may apply to the size of the event, the number of guests, tables and chairs, food and beverage restrictions, and precautions regarding the vibration of sensitive objects caused by foot traffic and sound. When booking your event with PMA, specific exhibition restrictions will be shared.

Host a Birthday Party:

Celebrate your child’s birthday at the PMA! Birthday party rentals include the full use of the Charles W. Lamar Sr. Assembly Room (Gallery 5), crafts guided by an Art Educator, art supplies for up to 16 children, and a PMA Little Artist Gift Bag for the birthday child. You can purchase Little Artist Gift Bags for your child’s birthday guests at $2.50 a bag with two week’s notice. 

Packages start at $160.00 for up to 16 children for a period of 1.5 hours. A fee of $7.00 will be added for each additional child.
